Withdraw from Plus
The online withdrawal form. No sign-in needed.
If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your Psychology.com Plus subscription within 14 days of your first charge, without giving a reason, for a full refund. Starting to use Plus during those 14 days does not remove this right. You can also use the Withdraw button in Settings, or email info@psychology.com.
What happens when you withdraw: your subscription ends at once, your first charge goes back to the card you paid with (Stripe usually shows it within 5 to 10 business days), and we confirm the withdrawal by email. Everything you learned stays on your account, on the free plan.
Step 1: tell us which subscription
Enter the email address on your Stripe receipt or on your Learn account. We send a confirmation link to that address; nothing changes until you open it.
Step 2: confirm
Pressing the button ends your Plus subscription now and refunds your first charge in full. This cannot be undone, but Plus is here whenever you want it back.
Outside the EU and the UK?
Our refund covers everyone: email info@psychology.com within 30 days of your first charge and we refund it in full. See the Terms of Use for the details.
